Developed by CremaGames S.L. and published by Humble Bundle, Temtem is a massively multiplayer (MMO) creature-collection adventure game. Player of this newly-launched MMO game will need to explore the lovely six islands of the Airborne Archipelago along with their Temtem squad. In the Airborne Archipelago, players will get the chance to discover new species, catch every Temtem, a creature capturing RPG in the same genre as the widely popular Pokemon game, and battle other tamers. Players will also allow to customize their houses and even join other player’s campaign.

According to an earlier report by gaming website DualShockers, the game features a fully fleshed-out story campaign and takes the creature-catching from games like the popular Nintendo’s franchise, Pokemon. A huge difference between Pokemon and Temtem is combat. Temtem battles are turn-based and it features a stamina battle style, which allows the players to select the right skill in battle. Players can have up to six Temtem in their squad, but only two Temtem at a time will be able to compete in the battle. The new MMO game also offers Co-op experience, which allows players to join with its friend’s campaign.
As for the newly-released trailer, the trailer features an excellent animation and an upbeat, pop theme song. However, the brand new trailer doesn’t offer anything about the game, but it certainly does the job of drawing some attention and curiosity.
Development of the game was first started in 2018. Based on the data on its Kickstarter page, Temtem has managed to secure over $573,939 of fresh fundings from over 11,716 backers. The fresh funds will help the studio bring this MMO project to the gaming world.
Temtem will be launched first on PC, followed by the console release. The current plan for the full game release could be in 2021. Temtem is also expected to hit the two upcoming consoles, the Microsoft Xbox Series X and Sony’s PlayStation 5.
