In boosting the performance mode, players will have two options. The first, according to the gaming site DualShockers, will boost the frame rate up to 60fps, while the second one will allow them to hit 30fps but with enhanced resolution.
Developed by Zoetrope Interactive and published by Iceberg Interactive, “Conarium” is a first-person Lovecraftian horror adventure game. This horror game is heavily inspired by the science fiction-horror novella “At the Mountains of Madness,” created by the iconic American author H.P. Lovecraft.
“Conarium” is set in the vast, remote place of Antarctica and it is here where the horrors will plague the main character of the game. Player will take the role of the main character Frank Gilman. Players must explore the Antarctic scientific base and surroundings to solve the mystery behind of what happened to the other members of the scientific expedition team. They must dig deeper into the base. Players must look for notes and other documents that could help them solve the mystery.
The “Conarium” console port was originally scheduled for release last year. Unfortunately, the Turkish game developer experienced some troubles of porting the horror game.
“Conarium” was developed using the powerful Unreal Engine 4, the game engine developed by Fortnite creator Epic Games. “Conarium” was first released to the market on June 2017, on Windows PC. This was followed by the release of the MacOS and Linux versions on February 2018.
